This giveaway is sponsored by Green Pine Tree Service (“Sponsor”). It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on November 6, 2026, and ends on November 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST (“Giveaway Period”). The winners will be announced on November 19, 2026, after the Giveaway Period closes. Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the Giveaway Period: (a) Like the official Green Pine Tree Service Facebook Page; (b) Tag one (1) person in the comments of the official giveaway post.
Participants must tag a real person they personally know. The tagged person must be eligible to receive the prize. Participants may not tag themselves.
Limit one (1) entry per person across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok combined. Multiple entries or tags will not increase the chances of winning. No purchase necessary.
5. Prize
One (1) eligible participant will be selected as the primary winner and will receive a $250 cash prize. The eligible person tagged in the winning entry will also receive a $250 cash prize, for a total giveaway value of $500.
Each prize has a value of $250. Prizes may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, subject to applicable law. The method of prize delivery will be coordinated directly with each winner.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) primary winner will be selected at random from the combined pool of all eligible entries received through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. All eligible entries will have an equal chance of winning.
The primary winner and the eligible person tagged in the winning entry will each receive $250.
The winners will be announced on November 19, 2026, after 2:00 PM CST, on the Sponsor’s official social media accounts and contacted via direct message where available.
If either winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, or is found ineligible, the affected prize may be forfeited and an alternate eligible winner may be selected. Each person may receive only one (1) prize.
7. General Conditions
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all three platforms.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway when necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
